A little over a week ago I went to a three day stationary bike testing/training camp in Montreal put on by PowerWatts and B2ten. The camp was really fun and it was interesting to see how I and my teammates were able to perform on the new, state of the art testing machines B2ten and PowerWatts had to offer. The camp was three days of hard races and testing, mostly on stationary bikes but we also used double poling machines, Jacob's ladder and Keiser lower body power machines (see photos below). We are suppose to get the results from the camp sometime soon, when I receive them I will try and post some of them online!
Alex Harvey doing some intervals on the double pole machine. Unfortunately I couldn't find any pictures of any of us on the Jacobs Ladder, but you can see the machine in the background of this picture, to the right of Alex.
Len Valjas trying to pound out as many watts as he can on the Keiser machine
This isn't the best picture, but it's the only one I have of me from the camp!
