Nationals - race #4

Skate Sprint.

I didn't have a super great qualifier.....actually it was my worst qualifier I've had all year, but I still qualified in 27th. I felt confident going into my quarterfinal. Just under halfway through my quarterfinal I was sitting in 6th place in a tight pack when suddenly Thomsen D'Hont's ski fell off going into a downhill. Thomsen went down, Gord Jewett fell into him, and I fell into Gord. I was able to get up quickly but by the time I got going the leaders were long gone. So that's where my day finished. I ended up 23th in the final results.
