Summer Testing

Yesterday was the first summer test of the year.  The team did a skate individual time trial, then about 45min later we did a classic individual time trial.  Everyone used the same pair of roller skis for both tests, to make things as even as possible.   My tests went pretty well, I would of liked the be a little faster in both tests, especially the skate, but it's still really early in the season and I'm happy enough with the results.  It's just nice to know that my training is working well so far in season.
