This past Monday I finished up this year’s haig glacier training camp with the CNEPH/ Senior National Team.  I hiked up on Wednesday and out on Monday, getting in four great days of awesome skiing.  I was pretty lucky in having great weather and ski conditions for all four days.  At the end of the week I finished up with 22 hours, which isn’t huge, but it’s a pretty solid week for me considering I didn’t train much Monday or Tuesday.  To help past some time up on the glacier this year we brought some baseball gloves and balls up to play some catch and, like always, we played lots of Frisbee golf!  I’m quite happy with how the camp went, I got some good skis in and was able to make some good technique im

ma go back home to Whitehorse for a couple weeks until
